How long does it take to repair and coat my garage floor?

It takes as little as one day to repair and coat your garage floor.  The process can take as little as 8 hours, or up to 30 hours, depending on the extent of the work involved and the products used.

How much does it cost?

The average price of a garage floor coating with our 4-layer polyaspartic, full flake flooring system is $7.50/sq ft. Final pricing depends on the square footage area of the job, condition of the existing concrete and final finish options.  Please inquire to receive detailed pricing based on the parameters of your job.

How long until I can drive on my garage floor?

You can walk on the floor 24 hours after the work is done, move items back on it in 48 hours and drive on it in 72 hours.

Does it smell?

We use industrial chemicals as part of the resurfacing and coating process.  The chemicals do contain solvents that emit some odour, but it is minor.  If odour is a concern, please inquire as we have specialized products and techniques that can minimize odour.
